How to do it: To perform this position the penetrating partner should be lying on their back. This allows the partner to mount them, straddle their hips, and be penetrated from an upright position.
Why it feels good: Similar to the previous position, the receiving partner has almost complete control over the speed and depth of penetration.
The cowgirl position allows for more angling and shallowing to make her experience more pleasurable. Since the receiving partner is in control, she can limit any pain experienced as well.
